“No woman shall be subjected to sexual harassment at any workplace.”
It is well established that ensuring safe working conditions for women leads to a positive impact on their participation in the workforce and increases their productivity, which in turn benefits the nation as a whole. Economically, empowered women are key to the nation’s overall development and this can only be achieved if it is ensured that women’s workspaces across all sectors and all over the country have a safe and secure environment for work. KSTPL would not tolerate any form of sexual harassment and is committed to take all necessary steps to ensure that its women employees are not subjected to any form of harassment. To address this, we have implemented POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policy that is in line with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of women at the workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.
